The Blacklist 8x22 (Season Finale) Spoilers, Details & Storyline

The Blacklist Season 8 finale is coming soon to NBC, we are going to see an episode entitled “Konets.” It also just so happens to be the final for Megan Boone as Elizabeth Keen.

The departure of Megan Bone's character was plotted ahead of The Blacklist‘s Season 9 pickup in January, which managed the writers ample time to craft Liz’s final arc.

 

Boone was missing from nine straight scenes — or half of the period so far — and returned in the April 23 portion. From that point forward, Liz has avoided various endeavors in her own life, the graciousness of kingpin Neville Townsend, and now apparently remains on the slope of finding hotly anticipated solutions from Red about his past and their relationship.

According to the synopsis below, it seems we could finally learn the truth about who Reddington truly is:
"Reddington makes a disturbing request to Liz in exchange for the truth about his identity."

There are various outer inquiries actually skimming around out there, and it feels like high time to focus on one of them here: What's going on with regards to Donald Ressler? Is he going to survive his recent brush with death?

 

According to a promo released by NBC, we can see Ressler alive, and clearly, he’s doing well enough to be out of bed and moving around.
