By the end of the episode, the realm will be split between those who select Rhaenyra as queen and those who choose Aegon as king, with battle lines drawn and sides picked.

The series finale for "House of the Dragon" won't be its last installment. A month after Season 1's debut, HBO promptly announced the show will return for a second season.
