Ragdolls are between the most popular cat breeds that literally known as "puppy cats" since they have such dog like characteristics.

These animals are famous by their big blue eyes, luxurious fur and markings on their ears, tails and eyes. There are many things common to these cats but, in fact, there are several different types of Ragdolls, each with their own coat pattern.

Mitted
They are the classic Ragdolls, These cats have a white blaze or strip of white on their face and little white mittens on their front paws.
A mitted Ragdoll will have white stockings on her back feet, a white spot on her chin that looks like she got into a bowl of milk, and a white stripe on her belly.

Solid Points
Solid point Ragdolls are characterized by the ivory, cream or soft white of their bodies, the points of color are on the ears, feet and tail.

Bicolor
A bicolor Ragdoll usually has more color on her back and body, and the fluffy hair on her chest is white.
This breed include 4 different genetic types: True Bicolor, High mitted, Mid High white, and the High White.

Lynx
Lynx Ragdolls usually have faint stripes on their legs and tails. These cats have tabby points, pencil lines on the face and white eye liner.

Tortie
Tortie colors are usually some form of red and black, although they might be creamy red and light gray, or look more like chocolate and orange.
